Refund Policy

Warranty (watch only)

DISCLAIMER : THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE BUYER OPENS THE WATCH OR TRY TO REPAIR BY HIMSELF. THE WATCH MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION (all links, papers and box included)

NO WARRANTY AND REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR SALE PRODUCTS.

We provide 6 MONTHS warranty for all watches. 

- This warranty exclude the watch gold plating fading.
  If the watch damage which is not by our mistake. the buyer just need to pay the charge for replace new parts and all return postage.

Quality control (QC):

Every goods dispatched from 7square are checked before delivery, including the appearance, functions, packing, and all of accessories.

We check especially if the watch is running, features (chrono or date) are working and chrono resetting, general appearance (new goods, no scratches or trace of use), the compliance of the watch ordered with what we received from the factory.

Please also keep in mind that we cannot open all watches to check the movements inside.Also we cannot check every screw and links by disassembling/reassembling the watch. If any defect we might have missed  during our visual inspection occurs, related to a wrongly advertised movement or defective links, we will cover the exchange after the defect has been discovered by the user, when the watch has been sent back. Unfortunately there could be potential problem we cann't predict during our inspection.

Please understand that we provide a service on factory's reps : all watches supplied are the one you ordered by choosing them on our website, based on our pictures, exactly as manufactured by the rep factory, working as it was designed. That means if the factory designed a bad watch, we will apply their warranty, but cannot be held responsible if all their batches are the same. We do not pretend to deliver 100% accurate replicas, as we cannot make replicas better than what they are in the factory.

Refund/Exchange policy:

Quality problem:  Customer find problem of goods' quality when receive the package. Please inform us in next 24 hours at first(From the date when the customer sign for), then we can do refund process for you if the item is out of stock.【The package must be returned in next 24 hours(From the date when the customer inform us), we will send your money back to your account in next 24 hours when we receive it(From the date when we sign for)】. Exchange in next 7 days (From the date when the customer sign for). Customer need to undertake the charge for all return postage.

Remind under the below conditions:

-   All links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watch.

-   The product must not be sized, worn, damaged, scratched or tampered : it must be in original condition.

-   The item has to be shipped within 7 days after delivery arrival when the customer informed us (From the date when the customer sign for). we do not provide exchange out of date.

-   Customer will be responsible for ALL Return shipping costs.We recommend that you insure the package. If you uninsure the package, you will be liable for lost or damaged product.

-   The amount of refund will be the exact amount you paid for the goods without shipping costs.

-   Exchange: exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same or similar value.

-   All returns: please contact us before return the goods to avoid unnecessary costs.

 

For repairing in 4 steps ( Available for 6 MONTHS warranty only ):

step 1:  Buyer contacts us for return and telling us what's problem, then ship your purchase to us when you inform and give us your package tracking number.We recommend that you insure the package. If you uninsure the package, you will be liable for lost or damaged product.


step 2:  We will check the watch when we get it back, then send back to factory for repairing.


step 3:  If  the watch is damaged by buyer's personal reasons (bad treatment, watch falls or any reason including a bad resizing of bracelet), inappropriate use (diving if watch is not confirmed to be waterproof, excessive manual winding of automatic movement, date change under wrong conditions). The buyer just need to undertake the charge for replace new parts and all return postage. If that is  quality problem from us, we'll repaire that for free.


step 4:  We send repaired watch and new tracking number to buyer.
